Lonely Wolf Treat: The Complete Series
A downloadable game for Windows
LONELY WOLF TREAT: THE COMPLETE SERIES is an RPG Maker game that combines the previously-episodic story of treat into one package! this project is still in development, so chapter 8 isn't finished yet--there are still two more major updates planned.
for new players: welcome! i don't have a plot synopsis for you this time, because the game isn't finished yet. you can check the original version's page for that, if you're curious.
for returning players: sorry to keep you waiting! a chapter select screen is included at the start, so you can jump right into the new content if you wish :)
many small changes have been made, including:
- new characters and dialogue! all guests characters have been replaced with original characters (including many cameos from my other games)
- better continuity! your actions in the earlier chapters now affect which scenes are available later on (this was impossible until now!)
- cuter sprite art! some of the sprites and tiles have gotten touchups, especially in the early chapters
- improved music! a few of the oldest tracks have been extended or remastered
- sweeter UI! includes a dark window mode option for accessibility
- quality of life improvements! you can SKIP TEXT by holding ctrl now! rush through cutscenes at lightspeed~!

it currently takes ~6 hours to play through the whole story. chapter 8 is the final chapter, and then there will be an epilogue at the end.

small heads up, i just tested it and you can play them on mac by using a program called Whisky
just download and open the game without the itch launcher when doing so

Hi, so i dont know if it was because i used the third party method to play on mobile but in chapter two, the two rabbits i front of the warren were already beaten and i havent triggered the bad end yet(i only noticed this after i triggered the bad end that they werent supposed to be doing that)

yeahhh i think it's an emulator bug, i've tried to patch this before. i'll take another look at it for next update tho!

I just want to ask if you would ever put the treat series on the playstore? Similar to BAD END THEATER? I'm willing to pay any amount you put it up for I just want to be able to play it again
unfortunately due to engine limitations the only way you can play it on phones is through third party tools like neko rpg. i should be able to port it in the future though, since this game has garnered some interest from publishers who will help me :)
After an hour of tinkering i finally got it to work on mobile but i'd still rather get the game from you and support you than just pirate it, so if you ever decide to port it to mobile ill be buying that instead
This game can be converted to mv projects to support multiple system platforms, but I need to ask nami for permission to help with this game, so I want to ask nami if she has any comments.
just finished what's out so far, and holy hell i'm crying so hard, i love this series so much. thank you so much for making this. it's been 4 years or so since i last played and god i love it even more the second time around. as a poly person myself, the trio and moxie in particular really speak to me. extremely looking forward to chapter 8 part 2 and everything else you have planned. thank you again so much <3
this game doesn't just tug at your heartstrings, it yanks them so hard they rip and then lovingly stitches them back together. i'm still thinking about it and i'm still crying

However, there are games that unfortunately It's not yet available for mobile (Android) and also in Portuguese ;( I would love it if you could post them on the playstore.

I really enjoy your game, so I converted it from vx ace to mv (to adapt to multiple system platforms), and added multilingual options and some plugins! I don't know how to contact you, so I wrote it here. If you are interested in this help, please reply to me!
Regarding multilingual options, the existing language options are: English, Chinese (Japanese, Russian language to be added). And the conversation has not yet started translating, but items, classes, and so on have already completed the translation work!
Existing issues:
Because the window size of MV is 1.5 times larger than the original window size of VX ACE, many textures are resized through plugins to avoid map garbled characters.
Due to the change in face size from 144 to 96, some events have had their faces misaligned (such as the cabinet in Moxie's room, when this event is triggered, Moxie's face in the menu will change to Treat [corrected]).

treat has been a pretty major hyperfixation of mine for the last few months actually ... im pretty sure i made a comment around 2022 asking if there was any way to get a macos port for the game, but eventually i figured out how to get the game to work on a mac !!! and my god have i been OBSESSED.
after playing basically all of the other freebie games and bad end theatre, my god.. the compiled version of treat is quite literally a treat!!! the AMOUNT of times ive squealed when i see characters from other games of yours.. i remember trying my hardest to make a full timeline for the nami games too..
by far my absolute favourite game after starry flowers (my introduction to nami games actually ;; im a trans mlm guy and the story just had me bawling.. gen comforts me as someone whos mlm)
also slight spoilers for starry flowers and chapter 8: seeing that tid bit of missteps from starry flowers when you can visit atelier sweets station in trick comes home genuinely had me crying /pos. seeing pastilles pov after periwinkle left seriously made me go crazy.. but this also does make me wonder how long starry flowers took to progress.. i mean in clever fox moxie, it's already a fact that periwinkle introduced astragalus to atelier sweets, meaning the story of starry flowers should have started at LEAST a few days to weeks prior to chapter 3 no ..?? and then seeing that the events of missteps took place ALLLL the way in chapter 8 made me think about just how much time passed between chapter one and three .. because playing treat, it seems that MONTHS passed since chapter 3, but playing starry flowers, it felt like only a month had passed (i think that was mentioned in the game.. i replayed the game recently)
NOW EITHER IM STUPID OR THERE IS SOME INCONSISTENCY HERE BUTTTT LISTEN I AM NOT COMPLAINING!! its just my hyperfixated ass overthinking things a crap ton hhaahah i love this game so much its insane ......!!!!
omg this is such a sweet comment, thank you! i left the timeline a little loose/ambiguous between treat and starry flowers, mostly because i wanted to include the cameos more than i wanted it to be 100% accurate. there's a lot of starry flowers stuff in syrup 2 (still in development), and the timeline is EXTRA loose there because days pass according to player actions. so i was thinking of each game as having its own timeline but still hitting all the right story beats, with starry flowers itself being the "official" version.

i'll have you know that these games genuinely mean so much to me, and your games are probably one of the only times ive stuck to an indie game dev and their games with so much love and adoration as a queer (gay, trans, aroace-spectrum, and polyam.. i know.. crazy combo!?!?!?) person of color!!! most of my other main interests lack representation, whether that be queer rep or for rep other poc, so seeing just how diverse and unapologetically queer your sweet little universe is means so much ;;; its all so grounded and not exaggerated to playing through these games genuinely makes me feel like its ... just normal ... it doesnt need to be outwardly advertised as a queer game yet it might still hold those elements in a very bold manner, and i adore it lotss <3 never stop making these kinds of things nami, i genuinely adore these games

Not macOS but I managed to run it under wine on linux. Maybe you might be able to do the same thing.

In part 5 in the ceremony-dream scene, there are two snow roof tiles at the top of the screen that's visible during the start of the cut scene (release and alpha version)

Holy crap, this game is the best game I've ever played, like unironically, the plot is so good, the start got me into it too, I love how it's divided in chapters and I love how it has ACTUAL gameplay, the fight scene with the wolves was funny too, I love this game so much please keep it up, it's so amazing.

This was an amazing game. I loved all the sprite art and story, I just hope I can remember to come back when it is fully completed. Anywho, I'm not here here to write a full review but I hope when I come back it will be just as amazing as when I left
