Innovative & even humorous use of RenPy's Back/Foward mechanics. I literally laughed out loud, when NIL locked me in one of the "moments" or mocked me for planning to reset. I enjoy watching the mesmerizing couple-twirling sequences as well.
Usually for RenPy games, when seeking alternate branches & endings, I would fast-forward & never go backwards during subsequent gameplay. Not so for 'Her Tears were My Light' -- I read through every screen (again) & sometimes went backwards to reread the previous screens, even during subsequent rounds.

Especially the scene where time and space lie down together and gaze at each other <3 As this was my first game by you, I can't wait to play other games! okay this is the first game I played with itch and of Nami's and I loved it honestly. running through all the endings, trying over and over again to make it all work out, was stressful but made me love the characters and really feel who Time was and what they wanted. Thanks so much for this, I cant wait to play your other games as well!!!!!
This game was completely amazing! If there was a sequal I totally would play it! Also this inspired me to make a fanfic on wattpad cause I really like the story line haha. I love every single one of your games, you're absolutely amazing and please continue to make games! If I could, I would donate to your patreon but sadly I don't have a lot of money to do so :(

this was so good? i wouldn't say it was as aesthetically pleasing as the lonely wolf treat series because i love pixelated art buT, the plot was involving and there were so many possible endings and the plot was simple yet captivating and... well, i have no idea how you made such a simple idea be so fascinating. also, as always, the dialogues + character designs were flawless aaaa this was amazING

Absolutely great game. I like the concept of how Space is able to change the endings. A good mechanism to be imposed and befitting of the character itself.

thank you!! haha i do like undertale! but resetting to save someone is a pretty common trope. it's in quite a few things that i love so it was probably inevitable that i write a story like this.

Really beautiful and sweet! I thought the use of the rewind button as a gameplay mechanic was really creative and very well implemented. Highly recommended.
This is one of the best and most creative visual novel games I've played. The art style is well done, the music is awesome, and the story and how it unfolds is fantastic. I love how this games story incorporates you using your save points. I for one always try and get the best possible outcome for a game I play. Which always requires me to load back or restart the game to change an outcome. And this game takes that ability but combines into the story. Your character remembers restarting her journey each time, so that in turns changes how she reacts to what is happening in the story. I have never seen something like this in a game and hope to see a sequel from Nami. I did a video on my experience with the game and I believe I was able to show every outcome including the best one if anyone is interested.
