Thank you so much for this framework, it's amazing and easy to understand for someone with no coding experience! However I'm having a problem and if you're still around, I'd love some help:
I can't add items to the inventory just anywhere with this code: "$ InvItem(*item_sucker).pickup(1)". I have a python function that this doesn't work in and also a label that I tried to make as a work around but it doesn't work in either of them. I added it in the beginning of the function/label as a debug line to see if it would add at all or if it was just my code that didn't work but nothing. There are no errors that come up, everything else works fine, it's just that nothing gets added to the inventory. Do you have any other way of adding items that might work instead?
